These systems are Gas safety interlocked for your protection. This method can often remove the need for two separate ducts, which is a great help when making A5 Planning applications. (See A5 planning for more information).

• Our ranges are manufactured with the reassurance of Full CE approval, and BSI certification.
• British made with top work manufactured from quality 304 grade stainless steel, with smooth grain satin polished finish.
• Single piece top apron/moulding for ease of cleaning.
• A well proven electronic controls system, field tested for over 10 years.
• Our gas burner, as tested by the British Gas Research and Technology Department to be able to achieve over 89.5% thermal efficiency, whilst only consuming approximately 25 KW per pan.

• High Quality components which are British sourced where possible, and a sensible spare parts pricing structure for any future maintenance.

• Unlike some other open top style ranges available, our pans are not welded to the structure meaning that any future replacement is straightforward.
• Pan Sizes are the traditional UK favourite – 24" x 22" x 10" or 12" deep (610mm x 560mm x 255mm or 300mm deep).
