Extraction systems can be designed to comply with DEFRA "Guidance on the Control of Odour and Noise from Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Systems 2005".
Carbon and pre filtration on the extraction system is available at reasonable cost.
If a Stainless steel extraction canopy is also required along with one of our Ranges we can usually integrate one into a combined extraction system. These systems are installed with fully approved components, and are gas safety interlocked for your protection.
